Cilantro Over the River
3 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup water
3 large garlic cloves
3 tbsp red wine
1/2 teaspoon kosher
2 tbsp cilantro -
a large bowl, mix the Dijon mustard and water and whisk until the mustard is
dissolved. Add garlic, vinegar and salt. Whisk the mixture until it is blended.
Blend in chopped cilantro. Serve as a topping on bread or meat.
