2 tubs crabmeat – 8
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tsp curry powder
1/3 cup dry white
4 green onions –
48 fancy crackers
24 red grapes –
1 bottle dry white
a mixing bowl, blend the crabmeat, mayonnaise, lime juice, curry powder, wine
and onions. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Arrange the crackers on multiple
platters and top each cracker with a heavenly portion of the crab mixture. Then
garnish each cracker with a grape half. Serve the starter with dry white wine.
