Wild and Crazy Brie
4 tbsp butter
2 large onions,
2 cups Portobello
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 cup Sherry
8 oz Brie cheese cut
into 1/2-inch pieces
your oven to 350 degrees F. Combine butter, onions and Portobello mushrooms in
a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the salt, pepper, thyme and Sherry.
Stir the mixture until the mushrooms are brown. Place the Brie in a baking dish
and pour the mushroom mixture over the Brie. Bake the dish for 40 minutes until
