2 Tbsp chipotle chile peppers – chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 lb smoked turkey – chopped into small pieces
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chipotle chile peppers, black
pepper and sea salt. Stir the mixture until the ingredients are well blended.
Fold in the smoked turkey and stir mixture until it is creamy. Chill for 2
hours before serving with garlic bread and red wine.
