Dijon From The Valley
2 cups Dijon mustard
1 cup Pabst Blue Ribbon beer
1 plastic container
In a blender, combine the Dijon
mustard and Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. Let the mixture stand for 2 minutes to
reduce the amount of beer bubbles in the blender. Blend the mixture on “Low”
for 3 minutes. Remove the mixture from the blender and scoop it into a plastic
container. Use the mixture on salads, meats or as a dip.
