Silky Silk Silk

1/2 container Silk Cashewmilk Milk - cold
1 cup brewed coffee – cold
1 banana – cubed
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Tall glass
Low-fat cookie or cake

In a blender, combine the Silk Cashewmilk milk, brewed coffee and banana. Blend on “High” until the mixture is creamy. Stop the blender and add in the cinnamon and vanilla extract. Blend the mixture on “Low” for 3 minutes. Serve the drink in a tall glass while enjoying a low-fat cookie or cake.
