Ginger Ging
½ Tbsp ginger
½ cup walnuts
– chopped
2 cups skim
milk – cold
2 ice cubes
Large glass
In a blender,
combine the ginger, walnuts and skim milk. Blend on “High” until the drink is
creamy. Place 2 ice cubes in a large glass. Pour the ginger/walnut drink in the
glass and enjoy this treat while relaxing.
