Sit three clean Mason Jars on your kitchen counter. In
a large pot, combine the Cream of Mushroom soup, cream cheese and white wine.
Stir and heat the mixture on “Low” until it starts to boil. Blend in the green
onions and crabmeat.
Stir the mixture continuously for 5 minutes. Top the mixture with lemon juice
and then remove the pot from your stove. Let the mixture cool until it starts
to firm up. Transfer the mixture into the Mason Jars and serve this light meal
with white wine.
