Oven Hot Bake With Tequila

Cooking spray
1 large baking dish
4 tubes of crescent rolls
½ stick butter - melted
1 skillet
3 lbs ground beef
2 Tbsp black pepper
2 packages taco seasoning
1 cup tomatoes – chopped
1 cup green chili peppers
2 cups refried beans
2 cups salsa – hot
4 cups Cheddar cheese – shredded
3 cups sour cream
1 bottle Patron or similar Tequila

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. First, spray cooking spray onto the bottom and sides of a large baking dish. Unroll and lay out 2 tubes of crescent rolls onto the bottom of the baking dish. Pour ½ stick of melted butter over the crescent rolls and then use a spoon to spread the butter evenly over the rolls. Sit the baking dish to the side. Next, in a skillet over “High” heat, combine the ground beef, black pepper and taco seasoning. Cook the meat until it is brown. Reduce the heat to “Medium” and blend in the tomatoes and green chili peppers. Stir the mixture until the tomatoes and peppers are tender. Remove the skillet from the heat and drain any grease from the mixture. Pour the ground beef mixture into the baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over the crescent rolls. Finally, pour refried beans and salsa over the mixture and spread the ingredients out evenly over the ground beef. Bake the dish for 15 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle 4 cups of Cheddar cheese over the dish. Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes and then top the dish with sour cream. Enjoy this hot meal with Patron or similar Tequila.
