1 saucepan
2 cans tomato sauce
1 ½ cup water
2 Tbsp crushed red
peppers
2 cups red chile peppers
- chopped
4 whole jalapenos –
chopped
2 cups hot sauce
2 Tbsp paprika
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup honey
In a saucepan over “High” heat, combine tomato sauce,
water, crushed red peppers, crushed red chile peppers and jalapenos. Stir the
mixture until it comes to a boil. Next, blend hot sauce, paprika and vinegar into
the mixture. Continue stirring the sauce until it begins to boil. Lastly,
slowly blend honey into the sauce. Let the sauce cook for 10 minutes. Stir the
sauce when it begins to bubble. Let the sauce stand for 2 minutes before using
it over chicken or meat.
