In a saucepan over “High” heat, combine tomato
paste, water, crushed red peppers and jalapenos. Stir the mixture until it
comes to a boil. Next, blend hot sauce, paprika and vinegar into the mixture. Continue
stirring the sauce until it begins to boil. Lastly, slowly blend honey into the
sauce. Let the sauce cook for 10 minutes. Stir the sauce when it begins to
bubble. Let the sauce stand for 2 minutes before using it over chicken or meat.
