In a large pot over “Low” heat, combine water, oysters,
sea salt, garlic, black pepper, red peppers and onions. Let the mixture come to
a boil and then blend 4 cups of your favorite noodles into the soup. Let the
mixture cook for 10 minutes and then stir the soup thoroughly. Continue cooking
the soup for an additional 20 minutes. Stir the soup until it is well blended. Turn
off your stove’s heat and let the soup rest for 10 minutes before enjoying it
with French bread and white wine.
