In a mixer, combine canned
pumpkin, blueberries, sugar and plain yogurt. Blend on “Low” until it is well
blended. Slowly add pumpkin pie spice and walnuts into the pumpkin mixture.
Blend for 2 minutes and then transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe
container. Freeze the pumpkin mixture for 20 minutes. Serve this pumpkin treat
in ice cream cones.
