Christmas Eve Spread

large bowl

cups grated Cheddar cheese
2
cups Portobello mushrooms - chopped
3
cups olive oil mayo
1
Tbsp olive oil
1
Tbsp black pepper
1
tsp salt
1
loaf French bread – sliced
In
a large bowl, combine grated Cheddar cheese, chopped Portobello
mushrooms and olive oil mayo. Stir the mixture thoroughly and then
blend olive oil, black pepper and salt into the mixture. Stir the
mixture until it is well blended. Chill the spread for 1 hour. Serve
this spread on slices of French bread. Enjoy!!
