Pinot Mushrooms by Luke

large jar

cups Pinot Noir – chilled
1
cup green peppers – chopped
1
cup black peppercorns
1
Tbsp celery seed
1
Tbsp dill

cups mushrooms – chopped
In
a large jar, combine Pinot Noir, green peppers and black peppercorns.
Stir the mixture for 1 minute and then blend celery seed and dill
into the mixture. Lastly, blend chopped mushrooms into the mixture.
Place a lid on the jar and gently shake the mushroom mixture for 1 minute.
Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours before using over
salads, meats and other dishes.
