large salad bowl

bunches chard – chopped into medium pieces

bunches leeks – chopped
1
cup olive oil
1
cup walnuts - chopped
2
cups apricot jam – soften
In
a large salad bowl, combine chard and leeks. Toss the ingredients
thoroughly and then blend 1 cup of olive oil into the salad. Next,
blend 1 cup of chopped walnuts into the salad. Lastly, blend 2 cups
of soften apricot jam into the salad. Toss the salad until the jam is
mixed thoroughly into the other ingredients. Enjoy!!
