Chard Is the Word...the Word

1 large salad bowl
2 bunches chard – chopped into medium pieces
2 bunches leeks – chopped
1 cup olive oil
1 cup walnuts - chopped
2 cups apricot jam – soften

In a large salad bowl, combine chard and leeks. Toss the ingredients thoroughly and then blend 1 cup of olive oil into the salad. Next, blend 1 cup of chopped walnuts into the salad. Lastly, blend 2 cups of soften apricot jam into the salad. Toss the salad until the jam is mixed thoroughly into the other ingredients. Enjoy!!
