Chili Shoulder for Saturday

3 cups red wine
1 large baking dish
4 lb pork shoulder
2 tsp sea salt
4 Tbsp red chili peppers – chopped
2 Tbsp black pepper
2 cups pinon nuts
½ cup sugar
Dinner rolls
Red wine

To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and then add 3 cups of red wine to a large baking dish. Next, place a 4 pound pork shoulder in the center of the dish and then sprinkle sea salt, red chili peppers and black pepper over the meat. Rub the ingredients gently into the meat. Lastly, add 2 cups of pinon nuts and ½ cup of sugar to the baking dish. Place the dish in your oven and let the meat cook for 4 to 5 hours – the meat should fall off the bone. Enjoy this pork shoulder with your favorite dinner rolls and red wine. Enjoy!!!
