Olives In Potatoes

1 large pot
4 large potatoes – washed and peeled
Cold water
1 Tbsp salt
4 Tbsp red chili peppers – chopped
2 Tbsp black pepper
2 cups black olives – sliced
1 Tbsp white wine

In a large pot over “Medium” heat, combine potatoes and enough water to fully cover the potatoes. Cook the potatoes until soft but not mushy – add water when needed to continue the cooking process. Next, use a masher to mash the potatoes until creamy and then add salt to the potatoes. Lastly, blend red chili peppers, black pepper, black olives and white wine into the potatoes. Stir the mixture thoroughly and then enjoy these mashed potatoes with any meal. Enjoy!!
