Pinon Dippy Dip

1 large plastic container
4 cups sour cream
3 cups pinon nuts – chopped
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp sea salt
Fancy crackers

In a large plastic container, combine sour cream, chopped pinon nuts, black pepper and sea salt. Stir the dip thoroughly – about 4 minutes. Chill the dip for 2 hours and then enjoy it with some fancy crackers.
