Spicy Holiday On The 17th

Tbsp chili powder

Tbsp minced onion

cups green peppers – chopped

cups tomatoes – chopped
2
packs cream cheese – soften
2
bags plain chips

large platter
Dark
beer
In
a large skillet over “High” heat, brown 2 pounds of ground beef
and then drain any excess grease from the meat once the browning
process is complete. Next, add chili powder, minced onion, green
peppers and tomatoes into the ground beef. Stir the ingredients
thoroughly and cook the mixture for 10 minutes. Lastly, blend 2 packs
of soften cream cheese into the mixture. Stir the ingredients until
well blended and then let the dish simmer for 5 minutes. While the
dish is simmering, place 2 bags worth of plain chips onto a large
platter and then pour the ground beef mixture on top of the chips.
Enjoy this hearty dish along with bottles and bottles of dark beer.
