Spicy Holiday On The 17th

1 large skillet
2 lb ground beef
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp minced onion
2 cups green peppers – chopped
2 cups tomatoes – chopped
2 packs cream cheese – soften
2 bags plain chips
1 large platter
Dark beer

In a large skillet over “High” heat, brown 2 pounds of ground beef and then drain any excess grease from the meat once the browning process is complete. Next, add chili powder, minced onion, green peppers and tomatoes into the ground beef. Stir the ingredients thoroughly and cook the mixture for 10 minutes. Lastly, blend 2 packs of soften cream cheese into the mixture. Stir the ingredients until well blended and then let the dish simmer for 5 minutes. While the dish is simmering, place 2 bags worth of plain chips onto a large platter and then pour the ground beef mixture on top of the chips. Enjoy this hearty dish along with bottles and bottles of dark beer.
