Spring 1st Salad – Let's Do This

1 large bowl
3 large tomatoes – sliced
3 Tbsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups Parmesan cheese – grated
1 cup Asiago cheese – grated
4 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp parsley – ground
White wine

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, black pepper and sea salt. Stir the ingredients gently and then blend Parmesan and Asiago cheese into the tomato mixture. Next, blend olive oil into the ingredients and stir the salad for 1 minute. Lastly, top the salad with parsley and enjoy this healthy treat with a glass or two of white wine.
