Spring 2nd Salad – OMG!!

1 large bowl
3 large tomatoes – sliced
1 lb salami - chopped
3 Tbsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup black olives – sliced
1 cup green olives - sliced
2 cups Cheddar cheese – grated
1 cup Asiago cheese – grated
4 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp parsley – ground
Red wine

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, salami, black pepper and sea salt. Stir the ingredients gently and then blend black and green olives into the mixture. Next, blend Cheddar and Asiago cheese into the tomato mixture. Stir the ingredients thoroughly and then blend olive oil into the ingredients and stir the salad for 1 minute. Lastly, top the salad with parsley and enjoy this healthy treat with a glass or two of red wine.
