lb thick-cut bacon
1
large plate – covered in paper towels

cups red bell peppers – sliced
1
cup hot chili paste

Tbsp black pepper

large platter

package toothpicks
In
a saucepan over “High” heat, fry 1 pound of thick-cut bacon.
Place the fried bacon onto a paper towel-covered plate and pat out
any excess grease from the bacon. Once the bacon is all fried, place
2 cups of sliced red bell peppers in the saucepan and then add 1 cup
of hot chili paste to the pan. Saute the ingredients until the
peppers are tender. Next, add black pepper to the mixture. Place the
bacon evenly on the large platter and then place a tablespoon of the
pepper mixture onto each strip of bacon. The mixture will come out of
the sides a little and that is OK. Lastly, roll the strips of bacon
into pinwheels and secure each wheel with a toothpick. Enjoy!!
