Goaty Dip for Monday

large plastic container with lid
4
cups goat cheese crumbles
½
cup fresh parsley – chopped
½
cup olive oil mayonnaise
1
Tbsp olive oil
2
cups mushrooms – washed and chopped
1
Tbsp black pepper
1
cup green onions – chopped
Fancy
crackers
In
a large plastic container, combine goat cheese crumbles, fresh
parsley, olive oil mayonnaise and olive oil. Stir the ingredients
until well blended and then add mushrooms, black pepper and green
onions to the dip. Stir the dip until the mixture is creamy and then
place a lid on the container. Chill the dip for 2 hours and then
serve it on fancy crackers. Enjoy!!
