Nick's Florets For Dinner

large pot

bag frozen or fresh broccoli florets

Tbsp black pepper
Cold
water

large bag Cheddar cheese
½
cup heavy cream
½
cup jalapenos
1
cup clams – fresh or frozen
Fancy
bowl
Red
or white wine
In
a large pot over “Medium” heat, combine frozen or fresh broccoli
florets, black pepper and enough cold water to cover the florets. Let
the florets cook until tender – about 15 to 20 minutes -- add water when needed. Once the
cooking process is complete, drain the water and then blend Cheddar
cheese and heavy cream into the broccoli. Stir the ingredients
thoroughly until the cheese melts. Lastly, blend jalapenos and clams
into the mixture. Stir the ingredients thoroughly for 10 minutes and
then transfer the dish into a fancy bowl. Enjoy this dish with white
or red wine.
