Warm Saturday Bacon

large skillet

lb bacon
Paper
towels

cup maple syrup
1
cup chocolate – soften
1
Tbsp vanilla extract
1
Tbsp mint extract
In
a large skillet over “Medium” heat, fry a pound of bacon and then
use a paper towel to pat any excess grease off the bacon. Next, use a
paper towel to wipe any grease from the skillet and then place the
bacon back in the skillet. Adjust your stove to “Low” heat and
slowly blend maple syrup, chocolate, vanilla extract and mint extract
into the skillet. Stir the ingredients thoroughly until well blended.
Use this warm bacon sauce over ANYTHING!!
