Fortune Pines On Eubank

2 cups pineapple - chopped
1 cup Brandy 8 Fortune Cookies - chopped 5 ice cubes

In a blender, combine chopped pineapple, Brandy and chopped Fortune Cookies. Blend the mixture on "Low" for a minute and a half. Next, add ice cubes to the cocktail and blend on "Low" until the ice is fully crushed. Serve this drink in a tall glass -- Enjoy!!

Nick's Early In the Morning Drink

2 cups hot water 1 tsp basil 1 tsp garlic ½ cup lemon juice
In a blender, combine hot water, basil, garlic and lemon juice. Next, blend on “High” for 1 minute and then serve this drink in a large glass. Enjoy!!

Death Drink for Whit

2 shots Whiskey
1 tsp black pepper
1 shot Vodka
3 pieces hard candy - any flavor
2 ice cubes
1 Whiskey glass

In a blender, combine Whiskey, black pepper and Vodka. Blend on "Low" for 1 minute. Next, add hard candy and ice cubes to the cocktail and blend on "High" until the ice is chopped. Serve this cocktail in a Whiskey glass. Enjoy!!

Luke's Touch of Spring Dish

1 large bowl 2 cups lemon juice 4 lbs kale – chopped 2 cups white onions – chopped 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sea salt 2 cups mayo 1 Tbsp red peppercorns 2 lbs tofu – chopped Favorite wine Favorite crackers
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, kale and white onions and then stir the mixture for 2 minutes. After stirring for 2 minutes, slowly add olive oil, sea salt and mayo to the mixture. Keep stirring the ingredients until the mixture is well blended. Finally, add red peppercorns and chopped tofu to the mixture. Stir the ingredients for 3 minutes and then chill the dish for 30 minutes. This kale/tofu dish is perfect with wine and crackers.

Nick's 360 Degree Dish

Cooking spray 1 large baking dish 4 lbs beef tenderloin – thinly sliced ½ cup black peppercorns 1 Tbsp sea salt ½ cup rosemary – fresh and chopped 2 cups red wine 2 cups onions – chopped 2 cups chives – chopped 2 cups green onions – chopped 2 cups red bell peppers – chopped 1 large bag white cheese Large platter 2 loaves French bread – thinly sliced 2 bottles red wine
To Start: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and then apply a light layer of cooking spray onto a large baking dish. Next, place 4 pounds of beef tenderloin into the center of the dish and then layer black peppercorns, sea salt and rosemary evenly on top of the meat. Slowly add red wine to the side of the beef. Do not apply the wine to the top of the meat – this will rinse off the spices. Lastly, layer onions, chives, green onions and red bell peppers evenly on top the beef. Bake the dish for 40 minutes or until the meat is slightly pink in its center. 
To End: Remove the dish from your oven and drain any wine from the meat. Top the meat …

Nick's Dip To End All Dips - Happy Superbowl Sunday

1 large mixing bowl 2 lbs pulled pork – cooked and shredded 3 garlic cloves – chopped 4 packages cream cheese – softened 2 Tbsp black pepper 1 cup pine nuts – chopped 2 cups Parmesan cheese – grated 2 cups Cheddar cheese – grated 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 Tbsp sea salt ½ cup whiskey Fancy crackers Whiskey
In a large mixing bowl, combine pulled pork, garlic cloves and cream cheese. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and then blend black pepper, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese into the mixture. Stir the dip until well blended and then blend extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and whiskey into the mixture. Stir the ingredients until well blended and the whiskey is thoroughly mixed into the dip. Refrigerate the dip for 1 hour and then serve it with fancy crackers and lots of whiskey!!



Nick's Dancing Cocktail

½ cup Jack Daniels Fire Whiskey 4 oz lemon-lime soda 1 lemon – peeled and halved 1 oz cranberry juice 2 ice cubes Pretty glass

In a blender or shaker, combine Jack Daniels Fire Whiskey, soda, lemon and cranberry juice. Blend or shake for 1 minute and then add ice cubes to the cocktail. Blend or shake for 30 seconds and then pour the drink into a pretty glass. Enjoy this cocktail while dancing.
