Nick's Dip To End All Dips - Happy Superbowl Sunday

1 large mixing bowl
2 lbs pulled pork – cooked and shredded
3 garlic cloves – chopped
4 packages cream cheese – softened
2 Tbsp black pepper
1 cup pine nuts – chopped
2 cups Parmesan cheese – grated
2 cups Cheddar cheese – grated
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp sea salt
½ cup whiskey
Fancy crackers
Whiskey

In a large mixing bowl, combine pulled pork, garlic cloves and cream cheese. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and then blend black pepper, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese into the mixture. Stir the dip until well blended and then blend extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and whiskey into the mixture. Stir the ingredients until well blended and the whiskey is thoroughly mixed into the dip. Refrigerate the dip for 1 hour and then serve it with fancy crackers and lots of whiskey!!
