A Sauce for Sauce Powered by Nick's Plates

avocados – peeled and sliced
½
cup lemon juice
½
cup lemon liqueur

Tbsp white sugar
1
tsp ginger

cups heavy cream
In
a large pot over “Low” heat, combine sliced avocados, lemon juice
and lemon liqueur. Stir the ingredients until the avocados start to
form a paste. Next, stir in white sugar, ginger and heavy cream. Stir
the mixture until well blended – about 10 minutes. Lastly, turn off
the heat and let the sauce cool for 5 minutes. Use this sauce over
breads, meats, cheeses and other dishes.
