Diva’s Fresh Mushrooms
2 cups butter
2 cups minced onions
2 lbs fresh mushrooms - rinsed, drained and halved
1 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
French bread - fresh

In
a large skillet, melt the butter and add the onions. Sauté the
mixture for 5 minutes or until the onions are brown. Stir in the
mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper and continue cooking the mixture
for an additional 10 minutes. Serve the dish hot over thinly sliced
toasted French bread.
