Nick's Mushroom and Wine Sauce Over The Top
1 large pot
5 cups mushrooms – fresh and chopped
3 cups cream
2 bottles white wine
2 Tbsp black pepper

In
a large pot over “Low” heat, combine mushrooms and cream. Next,
stir the mixture until the cream starts to bubble and then blend
white wine into the sauce. Continue stirring the mixture until the
cream takes on the color of the mushrooms – darken color. Lastly,
blend black pepper into the sauce and continue stirring for 4
minutes. Turn off the heat and let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes
before serving over your favorite dish.
