Breakfast Pines and Eggs

eggs – beaten

Tbsp black pepper

cup white onions – chopped
2
cups pineapple – chopped

red pepper - crushed
Toast
To make this sweet and eggy dish, start with a frying pan over “Medium” heat, combine beaten eggs, black
pepper and white onions in the pan. Next, stir the mixture for 2 minutes and then
blend pineapple and crushed red pepper into the egg mixture. Lastly, stir the
mixture until the eggs are completely done – about another 4
minutes or until the eggs are starting to brown. To serve, pour the
mixture over toast. Enjoy!!
