2 cups plain yogurt

2 cups salad mix

To
start making Nick's Little Chick, in a skillet over “High” heat,
combine butter and cubed chicken breast. Cook the chicken until it
starts to brown. Once the chicken is done, turn off the heat and
drain any excess butter from the chicken. Sit the chicken to the side
and let it cool. Next, in a large bowl, combine cilantro, plain
yogurt, black pepper and lemon juice. Stir the ingredients until well
blended and then add garlic paste and salad mix into the mixture.
Lastly, add the chicken breast to the ingredients and stir the dish
until well blended. Top the dish with potato chips and then serve the
dish with lots of wine and toasted bread. Enjoy!!
