cup olive oil

cups raw mushrooms
2 cups red bell peppers
2 cups red bell peppers
2
cups green chile peppers
1 ½ cup red onions
1 tsp garlic
In a
large skillet, heat the olive oil on high heat until the oil starts
popping. Lower the heat to medium, and then slowly add the mushrooms
and bell peppers to the oil. Cook the two ingredients until the
ingredients are golden brown. Add the green chile peppers, red onions
and garlic to the mixture. Continue cooking the vegetables until the
mixture is soft and tender. Use this mixture over salads, meats and
even breads.
