Wild & Crazy Brie

Tbsp butter
2
large onions, chopped
2
cups Portobello mushrooms, sliced
1
½ tsp salt
1
½ tsp pepper
1
Tbsp fresh thyme
1
cup Sherry
8
oz. Brie cheese cut into ½-inch pieces
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees F. Combine butter, onions and Portobello
mushrooms in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salt, pepper,
thyme and Sherry. Saute until mushrooms are browned. Place Brie in a
baking dish and pour the mushroom mixture over the Brie. Bake for 40
minutes until golden brown.
