Cilantro Over the River
3 tsp Dijon mustard
½ cup water
3 large garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
In a large bowl, mix Dijon mustard and
water; whisk until mustard dissolves. Add garlic, vinegar and salt,
whisking until blended. Fold in chopped cilantro. Serve as a topping
on bread or meat.
