Infused Apricots for Wednesday
1 large plastic container with a lid
2 cups apricots – chopped
1 cup peaches – chopped
2 cups Macadamia nuts - chopped
3 cups white balsamic vinegar
3 cups white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
This infused apricot dish is to die for!!
In a large plastic container, combine apricots, peaches, Macadamia nuts and white balsamic vinegar. Next, stir the ingredients for 2 minutes and then add black pepper to the dish. Stir the mixture until well blended – about 5 minutes. Lastly, place a lid on the container and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Enjoy this treat with your favorite cocktail.
