Nick's Salad of Grains

bowl

cup Amaranth

cup barley
1
cup cooked oatmeal

cup Quinoa
1
cup chickpeas
1
cup apple cider vinegar
In
a large bowl, combine Amaranth, barley, cooked oatmeal, Quinoa, and
chickpeas. Stir the ingredients until well blended and then slowly
add a cup of apple cider vinegar to the salad. Stir the salad
thoroughly and then eat it immediately.
