Nick's Weekend Kick It Up Smoothie

stalks celery – chopped
1
cup cucumber – minced

cups kale – chopped
2
cups bottled water
1
cup spinach – chopped
Black
pepper
1
Tbsp lemon juice
In
a blender, combine celery, cucumber, kale, and bottled water. Blend
on “Low” for 1 minute and then add spinach, black pepper and
lemon juice into the mixture. Blend on “High” for 2 minutes and
then let the smoothie rest for 1 minute before drinking.
