Nick's Sun-dried Fillet for Sunday

large sea bass fillet – skinned, deboned and cleaned

cup olive oil

Tbsp garlic powder
1
cup white wine
2
cups sun-dried tomatoes
2
cups chopped white onions

To
start, preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Next, place one large sea
bass fillet in the center of a large baking dish. Next, sprinkle
garlic powder over the fish. Lastly, slowly pour a cup of white wine
over the fish and then top the fish with sun-dried tomatoes and
chopped white onions. Place the dish in your oven and bake for 20
minutes – do not exceed this cooking time.
Serve
this dish with your favorite white wine and bread!!
