Nick's Creme Dip for December

Large plastic container
6 Tbsp Creme Fraiche
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp sour cream
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ Tbsp lemon juice
Chips
Wine

In a large plastic container, combine Creme Fraiche, black pepper, lemon zest, and sea salt. Next, stir the ingredients thoroughly and then blend sour cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice into the mixture. Lastly, stir the mixture until well blended. Chill the dip for 30 minutes and then serve with chips and wine.
